Do you ‘shine’ out, either literally or metaphorically? We’re looking for someone shiny to join our team in Glasgow.
SHINE is a creative design agency based in the centre of Glasgow. Our clients range from single person enterprises to companies with over 1,000 members of staff. With clients spread all over the UK, we put in the time and effort to visit them, regardless of their location.
We are a small team who are passionate about all things design and providing our clients with excellent service. Working in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, we would like someone who can fit in well with the team and start shining. We have a long history (a whole 16 years to be precise!) of hiring graduates and training them in the ways of design in the real world.

Junior Designer
SHINE are looking for a bright new spark! This position does not require industry experience, so would be ideal for a recent graduate. We are looking for a junior designer who can fit well into our team with a positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. So bring some motivation and a sharp pencil to jump right in to start shining…
- A passion for design, branding, editorial work and tea (insert hot beverage of choice)
- A knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – especially Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator (knowledge of WordPress and some digital design would also be beneficial)
- Skills including: the ability to manage more than one project at a time, a team player and excellent communicator, attention to detail, positive attitude and some chat.
