Snedden Campbell Rebrand
Snedden Campbell brings something different to candidate search: an exceptional mix of medtech knowledge, experience and the skill to spark candidates’ interest in an opportunity they never knew existed.
They needed to update their brand to reflect these values. To stand out in a sea of white coats and test tubes they wanted to do something a little different.

Rebranding Snedden Campbell gave the business an opportunity to re-establish itself within the medical technology sector as headhunters with a creative approach, inspired by their location in the Scottish Highlands.
Having worked under their current branding for the previous 10 years this project was very much about delivering an identity system that the team at Snedden Campbell could take ownership of for the next 10 years and beyond.
The SC monogram draws inspiration from the shapes we found in molecular structure drawings and contemporary medical packaging. It also represents a DNA helix. DNA is what makes us human, it contains the fundamental and distinctive characteristics and qualities of a person.
This perfectly reflects the job that Snedden Campbell do within the industry. We wanted to avoid the cliche ‘men and woman in suits’ imagery often used throughout the industry and instead focus photography that not only showcases the majestic views and surrounding areas of the Snedden Campbell office but also represents the journey of searching for the right candidate.

This was a great project to work on. Snedden Campbell are a specialist in recruitment in the advanced medical sector. They wanted a site that would stand out from the crowd, we think we achieved that! Ivor, MD at Snedden Campbell was delighted with the finished site and it has already started bringing in business.
Three months post launch and we can clearly see that many more people are looking at our business. As a small internationally trading company up against big consultancies with huge marketing budgets this matters a lot to us. And it’s not only that more people are looking at us it’s also that they’re the right people. Life gets a lot easier when you meet with clients and the first thing they say is “that’s a beautiful website”. I’m sure that this exercise is the start of a long and productive association with Shine.
