A brochure is born
With each development being unique we craft a new identity and personality for each new build. By undertaking research into the area, it’s history and providence we can start to build a thread and tell a story.
Different builds require different strategies, from price point to target audience, tailoring designs, colours and style to suit. Naming a development is a fun process and then watching it evolve into a bustling building full of life.
The finishing touches
As most properties are purchased off plan, the initial sales brochure plays a pivotal role in securing early customer interest. We build them a picture of what it would be like to live on what is essentially a plot of land at this stage.
We work closely with architects and interior designers to represent the build as accurately as possible. Styling floorplan drawings and using colour schemes and fabrications fitting each individual development.
Exploring specialist finishes on the brochures in addition to the brand allows us to really drive home the overall feel of quality and the features of the properties.
In the press
We also created an advertising style for Westpoint Homes. This is two fold with adverts for individual plots, developments and sales events, coupled with overall brand awareness adverts in a lifestyle design to give Westpoint Homes a firm footing in the increasing competitive sector.
It was important that each Westpoint customer received the same first class treatment from the start of their journey until the end. We created an essential guide for buyers that contained everything they would need from what to expect to contact numbers.
