Links House at Royal Dornoch
Our video work has taken us to the Highlands of Scotland to capture produce a film for Links House at Royal Dornoch. We want the viewers to feel like they are there. Capturing the beauty of the Highlands and the area surrounding Dornoch was easy as the natural landscape does all the hard work for you. Setting alarms for 5am and trying to get vehicles to the top of hills while chasing the sunSHINE was the tough bit! Its about storytelling and this is the story of what a visit to Links House feels like.
We created this launch film for Arcturus Gin to highlight the natural ingredients that make up this new handcrafted spirit. Working with a mixture of new footage and existing material from The Torridon creative assets this was used for the Facebook launch.
Westpoint homes were launching their flagship Show Home in Bridge of Weir and as part of a fresh energy into building a social media audience we spent a day capturing this stunning property both with still photography and video to highlight the attention to detail, build quality and architecture that sets Westpoint apart from other homebuilders. We had to do this while working round what was still a functioning building site.
We have also captured the beauty of Loch Etive for Dawnfresh Seafoods. Telling the story of how a fish harvested on a Monday will be served in New York on a Friday and how that is one with care, attention and incredible process to ensure such a high quality product. The weather was our best friend and also our greatest challenge over those few days as we captured interviews, landscape and the hard work that does on all year round.
GP Recycling really had a story to tell. They had huge challenges with their facility being misunderstood locally and also as to what they did. We produced two projects and both were educational. The animation was for educating in schools and on the tours of the facility about what you ‘do and don’t’ put in your wheelie bin as well as the recycling process. The video was similar but also had interviews and explained their green ethos, the quality of the product that leaves and the ongoing environmental impact.

We have now been working with The Torridon for over 5 years and have developed and improved their digital presence to keep up to date with web trends.
